AG brewer here with 25lb of dried wheat extract....Any ideas?
I made an "American wheatwine", 60/40 barley to wheat with a load of citrus hops. OG 1.095 and us-05 with a nice starter. Finished at 1.020 and tasted great, but needs lots of conditioning. Only 1 month in so far.
On Northern Brewers website they have under the Old limited edition beers a Wheat Wine. You can't buy the ingredients as a kit but I has a PDF version of instructions and it tells you the ingredients.
