I added non-pastuerized fruit juice to secondary without pastuerizing. I see that most people pastuerize or use juice that already was. Any reason for me to worry about anything?

i just made that up, but in my own opinion i'm quite wise.


sorry, no real help about juices there, just stuff to make you relax and whatnot. drink a beer or three and forget about it, i'm sure it'll be fine.

Was it a commercial juice or something you processed yourself? If the former, you don't have to worry. Any company the produces an unpasteurized product will be very concerned with sanitation.
