This is going to be my "brewery's" one year anniversary beer. I've never brewed a tripel before, so any input would be appreciated.
Partial Mash - 148 for 90 minutes - Efficiency around 65%
6-7#s Belgian Pilsen Malt
.25# Belgian Aromatic Malt
4-5#s Pilsen DME
2# Clear Belgian Candy Sugar or Corn Sugar added during Fermentation
2oz Tettnang Hops @ 60
.5oz Czech Saaz @ 10
Big starter of Wyeast 3787 Trappist Hi Gravity
Should I up the Aromatic malt? Add some carapils or any other grain?
