im brewing this one right now. anybody know what og to aim for? togabear how did yours turn out?

It turns out really well, and I got an OG around 1.065. I changed a few things, like using Anchor's Yeast (California V) and using Maris Otter instead of American 2-row.

yeah cal v would've been a good bet, i used wlp001... og came out to 1.062.

just finished brewin so now its time for a few beers + football!
