American Chocolate Brown Ale?
Dose any one have a good recipe, i would like to make a Moose Drool, or something close to it, i have one but not sure if it is going to work this is what i have, i am still doing Extract and Steeping the grains how dose this look, i used
my beersmith and it looks close

1.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (60 min) Hops 16.3 IBU
0.25 oz Williamette [5.50 %] (30 min) Hops 2.3 IBU
0.50 oz Liberty [4.30 %] (20 min) Hops 2.8 IBU
0.50 oz Williamette [5.50 %] (15 min) Hops 3.0 IBU
0.50 oz Williamette [5.50 %] (10 min) Hops 2.2 IBU
1.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min) Misc
1.00 tsp Yeast Nutrient (Boil 15.0 min) Misc
5.00 gal Deer Park (R), Bottled Water Water
1 Pkgs Northwest Ale (Wyeast Labs #1332) Yeast-Ale
Go brew it........ Looks OK. I brew 12 gallon batches myself. There are a lot of nut brown ales on the internet if you doubt this recipe though. You can compare if you have not done so already.
