Default Amber recipe critiques

I'm looking to make a hoppy amber ale, something I really haven't done before. I do love amarillo hops. How does this look for starters?

More crystal, 8+ oz 80L or 4+ oz 120L. It looks very tasty. I think an amber should be over 10% crystal for body and flavor.

Yeah, it probably needs some darker crystal added. Has anyone tried to turn 40L into a darker crystal by toasting? I'm not sure if I'll be able to get it by tomorrow.
