I know this is a bit short notice, but I'm going to the HB shop soon and am thinking about an amber extract this batch... Anyone got any good simple recipes?
Most homebrew shops have boxed LME kits that you can buy (Coopers, Muntons, etc.). If they do'nt, then whoever is working at the LHBS should be able to help you formulate a recipe for an extract amber.
