Just an update to anyone who cares to know.....but i have had this bottle conditioning now for 3 weeks, and it came out VERY tasty. Lots of flavor from the hops, not much bitterness, but lots of sweet orange and sweet grapefruit flavors....just what i wanted as i wanted the full amarillo flavor to come through...thanks to all who offered advice..you guys rock!

3/15/08-brewday started at 11:30 w chris. Done by 4:30. 153f mash temp. 185f sparge temp. Reused yeast from Nugget IPA. Pitched at 4:30..ferm started within 1 hour! Bubbly twice per sec at 70f for 6hours. Put in garage at 11:30 pm to get temp down.
4/19/08-bottling day. Did not do a secondary on this batch.Used 3 oz priming sugar for 4 gallons.
