Default Amarillo (by Morning) IPA

Just finishing up a 75 minute mash and heating strike water for this recipe to learn get the hang of Amarillo Hops. (Thanks Chriso! All 4oz in this batch)

Consider dropping 1oz Simcoe in with the Amarillo during dryhopping, they make an great combo.

I'm not even a real big hop head and I just love what simcoe does during a dry hop.
