Has anyone done an all Amarillo hop IPA? I just bought some in bulk because of a good deal and I usually do an all centennial. Any recipes would be appreciated. I have a slightly tweaked two hearted recipe was wondering if it would be good with Amarillo the hops but I don't see anyone using it for a full 60 min boil.

Looking for extract or all grain?

I do a really good Amarillo IPA, all the way through that is fantastic. I did 4 cases for a wedding this past weekend, and it was gone in under an hour easy.

I've done a couple Amarillo IPAs and really liked them. The first was all Amarillo and the second I used another hop for bittering so I didn't have to burn through all of my Amarillo stash.
