Default Alcohol tolerance of S-04

Does anyone know this? I couldn't find it on their site. I"m making an ale that'll be close to 7% and wanted to make sure this'll work, or if I should get some liquid for the brew. Thanks.

It will work, you can use the yeast to make barley wine.

Awesome, maybe I'll kick it up then. Recommend using more than one pack for higher ABVs?

You shouldn't need more than one packet.
