Default Ahtanum plugs

I'm planning on doing a pale ale with some Ahtanum and Amarillo. I have two ounces of plugs, what does that translate to as far as pellets goes?

I think lots of folks suggest that leaf hops come out about 5% lower in bittering potential. So that would make 2 oz of plugs equal to 1.9 oz of pellets.

Personally, I just treat them as oz for oz equal.

+1 to above, there is slightly less utilization from leaf hops, but treating them the same oz for oz is fine.

I find that I actually get much lower utilization with whole than pellets, probably on this order of 20%. This is likely due to positioning my 6 gal brew kettle between two gas burners on my stove. If you have propane that might explain that with a more vigorous boil you get similar ranges of value.
