Default AHS Belgain Tripel kit

I brewed this last November. At 3 and 6 monthes it was way to hoppy and harsh to drink. Almost dumped the keg because of it. Luckily, I had the room and extra kegs and kept it. Tasted it today. This beer has really smoothed out and all that malty flavor is coming through. It is really good now.

Trippel is pretty much my favorite style, but it does take awhile to age. Worth the wait, though

Was it the AG or MM or extract recipe? I really like a good triple but just haven't made one yet. I'd like to know the conditioning time of this recipe so I could plan my brewing schedule accordingly.

I did the Extract version. It is 10 monthes old and finally drinkable to me. I also racked to secondary at 30 days and kegged at 60 days and it has stayed in my kegerator at 40 degrees this entire time.
