What recommendations would you have for this recipe?

Boil Volume: 4.44 gal Boil Time: 60 min
Equipment: Turkey fryer 5 gallon

I don't want the black malt to be to overpowering. I am trying for a dark colored well hopped beer with a little roastyness. I also have Caramel Wheat, Caramunich II, Carared, Special B, Chocolate malt and Caramunich I. I have done this hopping schedule before and I liked it quite a bit.I am not sure if it might be better alternating the Cascade and Amarillo. I will probably take out the Cascades at 60m and substitute more Centennial.

Looks pretty good. I would up the dark grains. I do one with 8 oz Debittered balck and 6 oz C80 at about 67 IBU's that is pretty tasty. Just slight roastiness. Just enough.

Thank you. I was kind of wondering how much dark malt was to much. I will try to dig up some darker crystal malts. I may have to take a trip to the store.
