Default Advice on my "Margawheata" recipe? (my first original recipe)

5.5 lbs 60% wheat/40% malt extract
1 lb agave syrup
1 os Czech Saaz pellets
.25 oz coriander
Zest of 3 limes
White Labs 400 yeast

30 min out - Boil 2 gal water, 2 lbs malt, 1 lb agave syrup, .75 oz hops
15 min out - add coriander and lime zest
01 min out - add .25 oz hops
00 min out - late-add remaining malt extract, steep for 15 minutes

add water, cool, pitch yeast

Anyone see any problems here? I am pretty new and could use advice.

Looks good. You might ask this guy how his similar brew turned out.

It is done. I woke up this morning and it had blown out all out over my kitchen floor! (yea for healthily fermenting beer, boo for having to clean up a giant mess) I am going to add tequila-soaked oak cubes as someone suggested in a different thread. How long do you think i should soak them before adding them in secondary.

The color is amazing. usually my beers turn out so much darker than expected, but this one looks spot-on. Bottling in a few days. I am pumped.

I had an Agave Wheat from Breckenridge Brewing. It was pretty tasty.

i just bottled it. It tastes great, but i always have trouble really figuring out if i like a beer before it't bottle conditioned. i wanted it to be really champagne-y, so i put in 1.25 cups sugar (in 52 bottles)... A friend of mine thinks the bottles are going to burst in my hand. I hope not.
