I just did one this weekend, bittered with Ahtanum, 7 pounds of 2 row, 1/2 lb. carapils, 1/2 lb crystal 10, 1 lb vienna. I did .5 oz at 15, .5 oz at 10, 1 oz. at 5 and 1 oz. at flame out. I will probably dry hop with an oz. too. I was looking to keep the abv under 5 but get a ton of flavor. I was going to use 001 but used 007 instead. This is going to be a beer I plan to rebrew once a month until I dial it in. Let me know how yours turns out and I'll keep you posted on mine.
