Default Adding fruit

I am wondering when is the best time to add fruit? Is using real fruit better than using an extract? Because I am gonna make a wheat beer with blueberries so if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Depends on what type of fruit? Typically it is added to the secondary, and the beer is racked on top of it. I prefer real fruit over extract, as extract seems to have a "twang" to it that I can taste.

A quick search will turn up a LOT of useful info. Start there.
