How much do you guys normally add? I was planning on using .75 chocolate malt as well. I've seen people use 8 oz and boil for the last ten minutes. I was thinking of cutting that in half?
For my double chocolate oatmeal stout, I used half a can of Hershey's cocoa in the mash and half with 5 minutes to go in the boil. Came out awesome.
How large a can?
