Default Adding cocoa

I made a Mint Chocolate Oatmeal Stout and the mint is over powering the beer but I am hoping that it will mellow some, in time, but am thinking that I need a little more chocolate flavor and was wondering if anyone has ever added cocoa powder (mixed with boiled water of coarse) to the keg?

I've added powdered cocoa to the boil before and it adds a nice flavor. But for your situation, I'd strongly recommend using cacoa nibs in secondary, similar to this recipe. I've brewed it several times before, minus the coffee to make it a chocolae stout, with excellent results. It's one of my wife's favorites. The chocolate really comes through. The nibs are pricey, but worth it, IMO.
