I strongly disagree to do an extract batch. Only forward from here bro.

I have a wheat in the fermenter right now...forgot how nasty the airlock smells with those. YIKES!

Only reason I'd do extract is because I can brew and bag an extract hefe in under 2 hours.

Make the AG one in my sig (Edworts recipe that he got from someone else here that I forgot!). It is friggen awesome. To the keg in two weeks.
