Default Abbey Malt?

My LHBS just got some of THIS in stock. Has anyone tried it? LHBS got it in so they could try it out and had no suggestions.

Thanks,

Default

Never seen it before, it seems like it might be similar to a CaraAmber or CaraMunich, except it seems to not be a cara/crystal. Maybe a light munich? I'd be interested in trying it.
