I have an extra 6 pounds of crystal 60 that I need to use... any ideas on the type of beer that would be suitable for that much crystal?

I don't know of any 5 or 10 gallon batch that would need that much. Of course, there's always the pay it forward thread
I'vd been loving ambers, and they use quite a bit of crystal. A pound of 60 in an APA would be good, too.

I was looking at a barley wine. Might be interesting... I have never done one. I am offering a portion of the crystal on the pay it forward and keeping some to myself.
