Welcome back. I know painful it is not being able to brew. I voted on the poll. The dark roasted wheat stout sounds good to me.
I'm in over my head...fortunately that's right where I like to be.
The EPIC IPA is fermenting as well as the "Darker than my soul" stout.
I have pumpkin seeds roasted for my seasonal ale, will dough in wednesday.
Have yet to buy infgredients for the final 3.
