Default 24 hour fermentation
Has anyone ever seen/used that yeast which finishes fermentation within 24 hours?

With a healthy dose of yeast, many ferments can be complete within 24 hours.

Its called Alcotec Turbo Yeast. It is for making high percentage wine, or liquor, Not so much for beer. Any users with some feedback?

The only thing I've ever heard about it is that it makes a pretty nasty tasting wash. If you're about to get into a discussion on distilling, don't. We avoid those here.

Well actually Im just about to pitch yeast to a "Balls to the Walls Dodge Challenger Chocolate Blackberry stout" but with regular brewing yeast. Im not actually fermenting with this 'Alcotec' yeast I just saw it in a store and a friend of mine is looking into using it.

Home distilling is illegal in almost every country throughout the world. Since we don't want to advocate illegal acts, we don't discuss it here.
