.5 oz. Cascade 30 min.
.5 oz. Cascade 15 min.
1 oz. Cascade 10 min flame out
Primary: White labs Burton ale yeast WLP023-2 weeks
Secondary: 1lb. Honey: 1.5 oz. cascade 1.5 oz. Magnum-2 weeks
Using home grown hops, so I wanted to go big with a Double Pale. Any opinions on the hop schedule? I'm looking at working with 6 oz. Cascade and
4 oz. magnum. Brewing 2 batches with the same grain bill, one with the above yeast, and the other with White labs London Ale WLP013
