i want to make something close to Sierra nevada Pale ale and I am willing to do a partial mash.
Anyone got a recipe or can you point me to where I can help myself.


I need to learn, any good books that thoroughly cover AGB terms techniques, ...

These forums are a great way to learn. Definitely get Papazian's The Complete Joy of Homebrewing or Palmer's How to Brew. Both are great and every home brewer should have at least one in their library. I have a copy of Clonebrews that I think has a Sierra recipe in it. I'll try to find the book.
