Default 1Q on Pliny the Bastid

Brewing it this weekend, the first hop addition says MH, I can only assume that this stands for Mash Hop? Not sure when to add a first wort hop, any help?

Yes MH= mash hop

First wort hop usually goes in the kettle after your first runnings.
