Any official fermentation schedule? I know Belgian Ales like to start off cool (65f) and ramp up to mid 70's over the first several days. Suggestions or is that up to us?

BierMuncher (or any mod) could we have post 341 split out into it's own "Recipe and swap guidelines" thread? Or should Jason start it himself?
