Option to Abandon (Sorry...I should be studying my Advanced Corporate Finance. This is making me want to drop some Black Scholes on this recipe).

Who decided to dry hop? This is going to be a honey-citrus-hops nightmare. Too many flavors, me thinks.

That's what I think, too, ergo, "option 5" (thanks to Brewsmith and Torchiest).

EDIT: DAMN, I think like Brewsmith!

I'm voting for option 5 as well. That's at least four votes. Looks like we're ahead!

So is option 5 what the_bird posted or something else?

Option 6: Use Bird's recipe, but everyone use a different yeast. Then let's all swap a bottle with each other.

Not a bad idea, Cheese.

That's what I was recommending with the hops. We should make 07.07.07 about the seven grains, and let everyone else pick whatever else they want.

It could be the great 07.07.07 beer swap!

But if everyone overdoes it with the hops, it will be the Great 07.07.07 Crap Swap.
