Default yet another burner ? 10 gallon!

So I am using my father-in-law's turkey fryer as my burner, and it is a little slow. I am looking to upgrade to one burner that i can hang under my gravity feed sculpture and then remove and set the bottom keggle on. for further explanation, i have two keggles, one for my HLT to heat water into mash tun and then my Keggle for the boil. so i need one burner that will heat both as efficiently and quickly as possible. i have read several of the posts and used the search engine, but most were for 5 gallon batches. I would really really like to stay in the $50 or so dollar range. (less on equipment, more on beer ) thanks for your help! Chia

Try one of these:

http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1v/R-202483416/h_d2/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10053&langId=-1&keyword=jet+burner&storeId=10051

They put out around 100K BTUs while the typical turkey fryer will only do about 50K.
