I finally got a turkey fryer. The wife made me go to Home Depot and get it. I am so happy she did. I brew a Kolsch last night in almost 1/2 the time it took me on the electric stove. No mess and so easy. This is the best!
Oh by the way the Kolsch came out with an OG 1.050 so it's right in line with what the kit was calling for.

Wow, I got a new Turkey Fryer!
