I had been making 10 gall batches with my keggle, but now think I might start doing some 5 gal. batches as well. My wort chiller just barely comes above the boil line on 10 gal. but is way above on 5 gal batches. Should I sanitize the wort chiller in some iodine solution or something else to account for fact that some of wort chiller will never be in boiling wort for 15 minutes?
