Default Witch homebrew sanitaser is best for flu and cold germs?

Are any of the home brewing sanitisers good for disinfecting the house from cold and flu germs?
My kids are sneezing all over their toys, furniture, wipe their noses with their hands and then touch everything around the house. It's time to sanitise the house. I wonder: would Star San or Iodophor do the job?

Lysol or clorox around the house ... StarSan and iodopher for the brewery equipment. I use Clorox wipes on the brew table not starsan.

You would probably be better off using something thats labeled as a disenfectant. I'm not sure if Starsan is effective at killing stuff like viruses. Since viruses can't survive in beer or wort, starsan doesn't need to kill it.
