My friend told me his buddy uses a wireless thermometer which has an alarm that goes off when the temp gets to where it needs to be. Anyone know of such a thing?

I found a similar one on sale at a local store. It's now collecting dust.
Was not accurate, consistent, or reliable.
That one may be better and you may have better luck.
