Does anyone know if the Thermolyne Nuova II will stir 2 liters of starter?
The ceramic surface is 7"x7"
Its a 25 W, 3 A stirring motor.

Agreed... you could very easily make your own for 15-20 bux, and that's assuming that you didn't have any of the parts lying around. They are easy to make, and are a fun project!

Its the last time Ill ask, I promise. (I accidentally bought this one on ebay before my friend gave me the Nuova pictured above). Or better yet, how many amps should be required for the 2L stir? I noticed the DIY's seem to be around 0.2 amps, yielding 25 W. So will anything with >25 W generally mix 2 L?
