What are your "can't live without" equipment items?

There are tuns (pun intended) of great gizmos and gadgets out there for us home brewers to have fun with. Some serve a very vital purpose. Some pieces serve more of a "nice to have" type role.

Other than what you absolutely have to have to brew beer with, what are some things you own that you just can't live without?

Show us some pics!

My favorite thing I've purchased/made to date is the brew stand I built. Don't ever want to live without it!

my 2 latest purchases that I wouldn't want to brew without again:
#1) stainless hop spider from stainless brewing. Keeps my wort clear, and no more clogging up the CFC, and
#2)blichman burner. Easily supports a full keg, and gets up to temps much quicker then my old turkey fryer burner, and I don't have to clean a bunch of soot of the bottom of the BK anymore.

Since I only brew 10+ gallon batches I would have to say my Therminator. I couldn't imagine babysitting a 15 gallon pot after drinking... I mean brewing all day.

My homemade false bottom / filter system . http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f85/my-n...filter-376005/
Actually I have done away with the screen and just put the thing inside a 5 gallon nylon paint filter . never a stuck sparge with this puppy .
filter for siphon tube made from a copper coffee filter . Plan on gluing two of them together to make a ball and poke a hole in it for the tube to stop even more crap from getting in .
Also 210,000 BTU burner is nice .
