I agree with bettersense 100%. I just finished my first batch in a converted keg and it was so much easier than constantly screwing with the regulator trying to keep boilovers to a minimum in my old turkey fryer pot.

I have a 15g for 5g batches and love it. Going to get a 20g when i do 10g batches eventually.

I don't ever want to worry about boil overs and thats is a good thing. One less thing to worry about in my opinion. Would do it again in a second.
