Default What company do most brewpubs use for brewery equipment?

Not gonna get into particulars right now but, been searching for company that sells newest technology brewery equipment sized for a brew pub? Been looking around and found a lot of used equipment but, want brand new 10bbl system with 6 fermenters.

Since most homebrewers here are doing 5 & 10 gallon batches you'd probably get better information about commercial equipment at http://www.probrewer.com/

GW Kent, Premier Stainless, and Quality Stainless are just a few for fermenters. DME is a good company for the brewhouses (and everything else). So is Bavarian Brewery. There are many more but I agree with the last poster, probrewer is probably a better resource and might give you more info on specifics. Also, there's a group on this site called "Going Pro" for people moving up into the professional ranks. Check the link in my sig.

http://www.premierstainless.com/ has complete systems and they look good. A couple local brew pubs have their systems, Mother Earth Brewery and Iron Fist Brewery, and I haven't heard any complaints.
