Weldless Fitting Washer Option

The weldless washer and nut set-up for a kettle has some drawbacks. Mainly that it is a poor fit and the lack of surface area makes a flimsy connection. This is especially bad on thin wall aluminum pots like my 42 and 30 quart Bayou’s. Here is a concave / convex washer option to fix the problem. What do you think? Marketable?
Note: I used a half coupling on the inside of the new set-up to keep it closer to the wall of the pot for more effective whirl pooling.
