Default Universal Mill? Should I get it?

So I found this Universal Mill in the thrift shop today for $3 and was wondering if I should waste my time with it or not? It looks like the Corona's that people use. I tried it out and the crank was smooth. What do you guys think?

Thanks for any input.

Not a mill it's a grinder can use for meat. I have one that I use to make chum for fishing
