Looks nice. So you decided not to use the tri clover tee on the mash tun? Also are you using three elements? If so how are you running the hlt element and rims element simultaneously?

No tee. I had a ferrule welded in later for a thermowell. Right now I alternate rims and HLT. But I'm in the process of upgrading to a 50 and control panel.
