Default Thinking about getting these

I could probably pick them up relatively cheap. A conical for one and a boil kettle for the other? I don't think I could go wrong if I get them at a good price. What do ya'll think.

They are steam kettles so I have no idea exactly how they work but I will go see them and come up with a plan.

The one with the pivot would make a fantastic mash tun. Love the side crane, no accidental spills.

I hope you have a lot of favorite tried and true recipes to scale up or you're in a brewclub that likes group brews. I guess one of the challenges is deciding how to fire them. I can imagine using a slightly modified sanke as a steam kettle, just plumb on a pressure gauge, an overpressure dump, and a temp controller actuated valve to run the steam to the big boys.
