Default thermometer recomendations

I'm looking for some recomendations for a thermometer. Specifically for mash temp, and strike water temp. Can be digital or other. What do you use and why do you like it.

I'm gonna throw this out there....ThermaPen.

Handy, reliable, and fast.

This thread comes up every few months. People go back and forth and in the end, they get a thermapen.

Personally, I have a Fluke 52 II. It's crazy expensive, but also super rugged and CRAZY accurate (and fast).

Thermapen will always be considered pretty much the best. However, I didn't want to spend that much. I went with the RT600C. Same brand, but only $19 on amazon. Never had any accuracy/precision issues (I've calibrated it) and its spent about 72 hours totally submerged in my swamp cool after my cat knocked it in. No problems at all.
