Stupid Question.... RHINO FARTS!
|
|
OK, so I have a stupid question that has probably been answered 100 times.
I understand, SOME brews produce rhino farts. No problem for me, but for wife, not so good.
Why not attached an activated charcoal filter to the top of the airlock to absorb smells?
You know, the new Cadillac DTS has a charcoal filter pad in the perforated leather seats to absorb farts?
It is true, and yes, they work (I TRIED!) hehehe
Anyways, you can get them at most fish stores and several other places. Has anyone tried this?
Thanks!

Best place for a carbon filter would be in the back of your tighty whities.

Put the hose from the fermenter through to the outside of the house into a container of Starsan. No Beano or charcoal required.
