Default Stir Plate

I am going to purchase a stir plate. Want to spend only $100 or less. Which one is going to be my best buy?

Lot's of folks on HBT have built their own (me included). Go look in the DIY project locator. Much less than $100, and more fun to boot.

+1 to stirstarters. I built one but it was never very reliable. this guy makes a great stirrer for a good price and stands behind it. never any issues at all with my stirstarter.
