Default star san

I have an old bottle of star san, about 6 years old. Do you know if it is still ok to use ? I know you have to check the ph to make sure the product is still working but I can't find any ph paper strips that go below 6 ! Besides ordering online, where can I find a ph kit that goes well below 6 ?

Good question. Why not send email to manufacturer?

Try this... It's surly not exact but it's a ghetto way to get an idea.

Maybe go down to a pool place and get some standard ph strips that go below 6? just quick and easy. Or not risk it and buy a new bottle of starsan.

it should be fine, but i would get some pH strips that go down to <2, make a batch at the right concentration, and make sure that the pH is at or below ~2.5
