I have been brewing on a turkey fryer. Today I did my boil on my new Bayou Classic SP10. Wow! It got to boiling so fast! I am using a 10 gallon SS pot.
I almost had a boil over on my last batch on the fryer burner. It was slow enough for me to react. With the SP10 I saw the foam rising and before I could locate and adjust the gas valve it had boiled over, only a little.
