well that will be the experimentation at first. I will be using a small room so i guess just by controlling the room temperature i'll be able to do the ale and it will fit in a beer fridge i inherited from a friend when he closed his bar. Or i will get one of those standing freezer that way i can do the carbonation in it aswell

If not then i'll find a way, i happen to be an electrician specialized in automation and control. :rockin:
 
Think about the caloric output of that much fermenting beer trying to radiate out of the vessel. I suspect you're going to need something much more substantial than just turning down the heat in the room...
