Default Rubbermaid cooler as hopback

Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone has used their MLT cooler as a hopback? I'm thinking of doing this... would there be any problems with the heat? Does the manifold filter whole/pellet hops well?
Thanks

interesting idea as your mash tun is normally big enough to hold your final boil volume.

the only thing I see is that you may have to fully clean and sanitize your MLT after your mash is complete but before you use as a hopback.

I would like to know if anyone has done it before?

What is the melt deform temp on the Rubbermaid?
