Default Rubbermaid Cooler film

I noticed there seems to be a film lifting up on the bottom of my Rubbermaid MLT. I have only used it once. Anyone else seen this? It almost looks like a packing film.

never seen it on either of my rubbermaid MLT's

mash temperature water ,or did you pour boiling water into it?
